Boarding

ROX luxury coach will board in front of the Westin Hotel on 4535 Commerce Street. The coach will be available to board 15 minutes prior to the scheduled departure time, so there’s no need to be there more than 15 minutes early. No boarding calls are made. ROX does not place phone calls to or hold the coach for late or missing passengers. All ROX inquiries should be directed to ROX and not the Westin Hotel.

Parking

ROX passengers may use the complimentary on-site parking at the Westin Hotel in Town Center in the covered and attached parking garage, the Red Garage on the third level and above. Valet parking is also available at the Westin for $29 per day. Additional complimentary parking is available in the Purple Garage which is just across the street and is connected by a pedestrian bridge to the Red Garage.

ROX luxury coach will board in front of the Macy's Department store at Fashion Centre Mall at Pentagon City located at the 1100 South Hayes Street Entrance. The coach will be available to board 15 minutes prior to the scheduled departure time, so there’s no need to be there more than 15 minutes early. No boarding calls are made. ROX does not place phone calls to or hold the motor coach for late or missing passengers. All ROX inquiries should be directed to ROX and not to Macy’s Department Store.

Parking

For ROX travelers requiring overnight parking, the Pentagon Row Parking Garage is open 24 hours. The cost is $18.00 for 5+ hrs. with a new automated “Easy Pay” service at every elevator to ensure a quick and easy departure. The Garage entrance is located at Army Navy Drive behind the Harris Teeter between South Joyce Street and South Hayes Street.
